GORITSA ZOO

The mini-zoo in the village of Goritsa is a private zoo, with a total area of about 4000 square meters. The area is located in the southeastern part of Bulgaria, in the municipality of Pomorie, Burgas region. The village is about 25 km from the town of Nessebar, and it can be reached quickly and easily from the Burgas-Varna main road.

The private zoo in the village of Goritsa houses a variety of animals, including birds, mammals, and predators. Here visitors can see golden pheasants, peacocks, ostriches, Mongolian pheasants, jackals, llamas, horses, boars, fallow deer, wild boars, kangaroos, and many other animals. The zoo has created good conditions, as close to natural as possible, for breeding such species of animals.

There is also a restaurant on the territory of the private zoo in the village of Goritsa where guests can try delicious local specialties for lunch or dinner, or simply enjoy a snack and a cup of aromatic coffee.

The restaurant offers also an open space that can be the ideal relaxing spot on hot summer days.

There are beautiful wooden bridges on the territory of the private garden, as well as many alleys where guests can walk and enjoy the exotic animals.

Goritsa Restaurant and the First Private Zoo are open to visitors both on weekdays and weekends, with working hours from 9:00 to 18:00.
