It is\u00a0located\u00a0on the\u00a0grounds of a late antique\u00a0fortress\u00a0at St. Anthanasius Cape. This\u00a0is\u00a0also\u00a0one of the\u00a0most\u00a0interesting\u00a0structures\u00a0to\u00a0be\u00a0found on the\u00a0fortress&#8217;s\u00a0grounds. In addition\u00a0to\u00a0this\u00a0winery, which\u00a0is\u00a0the\u00a0largest, three\u00a0other\u00a0wineries, all of which are smaller in size, were\u00a0open on the\u00a0grounds of this\u00a0remarkable site.<\/p><p>The large ancient winery serves as a warehouse and production facility. In the past, it used to be made up of one main structure and several ancillary structures. On the site&#8217;s grounds, a number of unusual and intriguing structures have been discovered. An ancient press for wine production, as well as a large number of jars, or pithos, can be found here. These jars are large containers that were previously used to store various types of food and liquids.<\/p><p>The winery in Byala\u00a0is a proof\u00a0that\u00a0vineyard\u00a0cultivation\u00a0and\u00a0wine\u00a0production\u00a0were\u00a0some of the\u00a0main\u00a0industries in antiquity.
